Introduction

The Fintech Empowerment Program for MSMEs aims to promote sustainable economic growth by providing micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) with access to cutting-edge fintech solutions, education, and mentorship. By leveraging our expertise in fintech product development, data visualization, and web development, we will empower MSMEs to thrive in an increasingly digital world and contribute to the achievement of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal 8.

Market Opportunity

MSMEs represent a significant portion of the global economy, yet they often struggle to access the financial services and technological solutions needed to compete effectively. By targeting this underserved market, our program will address the unique challenges faced by MSMEs, helping them to harness the power of fintech for improved efficiency, productivity, and innovation. Key areas of focus will include web3 technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and data analytics, and artifical intelligence.

By providing MSMEs with the tools and resources needed to succeed in the digital age, we will contribute to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 8, which aims to:

Our Target Audience

Micro, small to medium-sized businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs in the fintech sector who seek to improve their digital presence and implement innovative financial solutions. Their main concerns include staying ahead of competitors, ensuring accessibility, optimizing performance, and complying with industry regulations. Their desires revolve around creating secure, user-friendly digital experiences that maximize customer engagement, drive growth, and increase revenue.

Structure & Finances

Decent Fintech is a solo proprietorship, and the Fintech Empowerment Program for MSMEs will be operated as a subsidiary partnership under the umbrella of Decent Fintech XXX.

Funding will be sourced through a combination of grants, investments, and revenue generated from our core services. An operating agreement will be established to outline the roles and responsibilities of each partner, as well as the distribution of profits and decision-making authority. Any income generated will be taxed quarterly in accordance with Washington State law.

Partnerships

The program will be operated as a partnership under the umbrella of Decent Fintech XXX. Partners will be selected based on their expertise in the fintech sector, their commitment to the program’s mission and values, and their ability to contribute to the program’s growth and success. Partners will be granted limited liability status and will be responsible for contributing their time, expertise, and resources to the program.

• Patrons - Individuals and organizations who support the program’s mission and values and are committed to its long-term success.
• Limited Partners - Engineers, developers, designers, marketers, and other professionals who are passionate about fintech and are willing to contribute their time, expertise, and resources to the program.

Team & Roles

Decent Fintech’s founder, Matthew Hendricks, will serve as the program director, overseeing the strategic direction, partnerships, and overall execution. Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and refining the program’s offerings and curriculum
• Building relationships with potential partners and stakeholders
• Ensuring the program remains aligned with our mission and values

Additional team members will be brought on as needed to support the program’s growth, including experts in fintech product development, data visualization, and web development.
